Homework: March 16

Honors English 12 (G block)

  • Write up a 1-paragraph overview of your idea for your Frankenstein paper. We'll talk tomorrow!
  • Upcoming dates:
    • Essay draft due for workshop: March 28
    • Essay final due March 31
English 11 (A block)


  • Work on your project visual.
  • Upcoming dates:
    • Tuesday,  March 21: vocabulary quiz and project writing time
    • Friday, March 24: Project (visual and written statement) due
Honors English 11 (C block)


  • If you haven't finished chapters 2-5 in Strength in What Remains, make sure you do so and make sure you've completed the Cornell notes format.
  • Read chapter 6 in Strength in What Remains, and do a double-entry notebook (in which you choose passages from the text and respond to them). 
  • Start studying your vocabulary--there will be a quiz on Wednesday.
English 11 (D block)


  • Complete your project visual, and complete the graphic organizer for the written statement.
  • Upcoming dates:
    • Monday, March 20: Computer time to write statement
    • Wednesday, March 22: Vocabulary quiz
    • Friday, March 24: Project (visual and written statement) due
