Honors English 11 (D and G blocks)
- Read and mark up the two poems you received today in class. Make careful notes about your OBSERVATIONS, QUESTIONS, and CONNECTIONS. Remember, we'll be talking about the elements we've been discussing (point of view, setting, use of time, characterization, turning points) with these two texts.
- Study vocabulary--your quiz is coming up on Thursday.
English 11 (F block)
- Complete the "Reservation Mathematics" handout, but ONLY Step 1 and the first part of Step 2.
- Study your vocabulary--your quiz is Thursday!
Honors English 12 (A block)
- Study vocabulary--quiz is on Wednesday! (I'll return your Practice Writing tomorrow afternoon--if you used vocabulary in your response, check there for feedback!)
- Work on your personal essay draft.
- Read Room!
