Remember, you're choosing ONE of the texts ("Death by Landscape," Smoke Signals, "Influences" or "Genetics"), identifying a THEME, and then analyzing how the theme is developed by three of these elements (character, point of view, use of time, crucial moment, setting). Spend 15 minutes mapping out some ideas--you don't have to figure it all out yet!
